Request data deletion

Use this form to request deletion of your Porokartta account data, live location data, app identifiers, and related customer records. Some records may be kept when required for legal, security, accounting, or service-integrity reasons, or until the retention periods below end.

What happens next

  • We use your customer code, or email if you have provided one, to find and verify the account.
  • We may ask for additional information before deleting data.
  • We delete account contact data, app identifiers, FCM tokens, and current live location records where they are linked to you.
  • Device messages, tracker telemetry, and tracker location history follow the service retention period, currently 30 days.
  • Security, legal, accounting, and abuse-prevention records may be retained when required.
